I love The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I have completed it hundreds of times, going back to the Xbox 360 version when it came out. I also own it on Steam. This review comes from returning to my original PC disc…

I returned to my original BioShock DVD on Linux. Rapture, its plasmids and its sound still make it one of my favourites, despite the research camera and final boss.

I loved Counter-Strike when it was a Half-Life mod. From my Danish Beta 6 coverdisc and cs_mansion to the Steam version I never connected with, this is the CS I still miss.

I have returned to Cyberpunk 2077 on Windows and Linux, but its progression, predictable encounters and divided campaign still frustrate me. My 2/5 review includes my gameplay and the developers’ explanations.

Fallout 1 and 2 were extremely hard for me, but I still rate their quality highest. A 1998 Fallout 2 preview brings back those memories, while New Vegas remains my favourite.

Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2 are among my favourite games. Revisiting CD-ROM Spil’s 1998 preview brings back the digging, building and battles, alongside a sixteen-player promise that became four and the sequel I still wish Bullfrog had made.
